Peter Coppin

Peter is the drum teacher and co - owner of Melody Music Rooms. Pete began having drum lessons at the age of 11 at school and was actively involved in concerts and local bands. Peter then continued working with bands after he finished school and also got a place on a course at Access to Music. 
In 2010 after being in various bands Peter joined the local Rock band 'That Sunday Feeling.' The band was a great success and saw the band play on 20 uk tours in and around the country including headline o2 Academy tours, a month long tour with Lawson and 14 arena shows with Mcfly, playing venues such as the iconic Wembley arena and Manchester arena infront of 20,000 people. 

He has been endorsed by Dream Cymbals, Drumcraft and recently has received a sponsorship from Gretsch drums.

Peter loves teaching students and passing on his knowledge of playing together in groups in the build a band workshops. He's very active with the local schools and constantly helps out with musical events within Grantham.
